A Cost-Effective Training Method

Our organization uses a distinct and cost-effective approach in educating job seekers to develop a marketable skill. We asked local and state government agencies, manufacturers, and local businesses; to donate any unwanted working equipment which could be used for training purposes. Our educational trainers will ask job seekers to disassemble equipment, work on equipment, and understanding the parts of the equipment from different types of materials. By using this training model, the educational trainers will determine what is a good job role for the applicant. This training model also helps with the understanding of material handling and material production.
